Return & Refund

We do our best to make sure every order is produced at a super standard and with the utmost accuracy. But just like with our favorite superheroes mistakes may happen. Since our products are bespoke, made-to-order, we allow for refunds under certain conditions which can be found below. You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us with any problems.

Return conditions

RETURNS are handled on a case by case basis. Return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

  1. The goods received are damaged
  2. There are visible defects with the print
  3. The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
  4. The item is the wrong color from the one ordered
  5. The item is the wrong design from the one ordered
  6. The item is the wrong style (e.g long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered

Return procedure

If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request return:

  • You must submit a request for a return within 14 days after you receive your goods.
  • After the 14 days have elapsed you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are returned prior to submitting your request those goods are considered forfeit.
  • The request can be made through our ticketing system, found here: Contact us, or by emailing us at support@fendory.com.
  • Returns can be exchanged for the original purchased goods or refunded for the original purchase price. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.
  • The package should be returned to our processing warehouse at PO Box 360219, San Juan Puerto Rico, 00936.
  • The shipping cost for returning the order will be covered by you. The order should be packaged in a nylon bag or any kind of bag/ box with the order ID inside

Refunds will be processed to the account used at the time of payment, following these timelines:

  • For Paypal, the refunded amount will show up immediately on your balance sheet after we confirmed the refund processed
  • For Credit card, it will take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your balance sheet
  • After above time frame, if you still see the refund amount unavailable on your balance sheet, please Contact us, or by emailing us at support@fendory.com.
