Because as we all know by now, this isn't Yoda as a baby, nor is it the progeny of O.G. Yoda (at least not confirmed). It's the character known as The Child from Star Wars The Mandalorian and he's filled with (baby?) romance about Valentine's Day. So get a table for 3 and make sure the restaurant has high chairs!
